问题补充：
仔细想想可能就是原来312c的原因，明天重新建个文件，然后连接估计就没有冲突了。波特率和地址我都仔细看过了应该没错。

重新设置传输速率后，再下载试试。

mpi地址必须是唯一的！重新设置cpu312c的mpi地址，再重新下载。
我怀疑是你cpu312c原来没有清空程序，原来的mpi地址与网络上的其它站点冲突，请将cpu312c所有程序清空，清空后再重新下载硬件，网络，估计就可以了！
