单击开始>运行，输入regedit，然后按enter键打开注册表编辑器，在注册表内“hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetcontrolsessionmanager”中删除注册表值“pendingfilerenameoperations”
然后不要重新启动，继续安装软件。
