s7414-3dp,增加im153-1dp从站，出错

我们单位有一个s7-414-3dp的cpu下挂了连个im153-1（dp4号和5号）机架，现在想再继续增加一个im153-1（dp,6号）机架。
6号机架中个通道为do32*24v,第二个通道为di32*24v.使用的上位机软件为step7v5.5sp2,当硬件下下去之后，cpu就无法工作。诊断数据如下：

如果再次将5号机架的dp插头拨到on位置，并重新下原来的组态（就是把6号从站的硬件组态删除了），cpu就显示一切正常。
但是就算是组态错误，为何错误是发生在原有的5号从站上面呢？
另外，ob85，0b86，ob121，ob122这些我都是有写入cpu的。
请高手帮助分析下，原因何在，谢谢。

1、新增加的6号dp从站，硬件拨码地址是否正确
2、5号从站dp的终端电阻拨为off,新增的6号从站终端电阻拨为on
3、通讯速率和通讯距离的问题
对照下面看下：
9.6kbps到187.5kbps：1000米
500kbaud：400米
1.5mbaud：200米
3mbaud到12mbaud：100米
4、更该通讯方式。
让cpu处于中间位置，dp接头终端电阻拨为off，两端的dp从站设备终端电阻拨为on，试一试！
5、注意硬件组态的型号和版本要和实际事物型号和版本相对应。
