PLC400报INTF后转为停止

有一套设备，400PLC带3路ET200M，没路都有模拟量输入输出，数字量输入输出，工作3--4小时，报INTF后转为停止，但PLC至于运行，设备不开，不报警。只有5分，不要嫌少呀。
问题补充：
cpu硬件诊断关键几条如下：Event 9 of 120: Event ID 16# 39C4

你先检查系统中是否有OB86下载到cpu，如果没有先下载一个。因为你列举的报警信息只是将CPU中没有或者破损了的OB86，这个报警信息需要一一列举出来才能分析根本问题。
