用wincc flexible2008打开以前的项目怎么会出现下面的错误呢？

版本问题，如果是SMARTLINE系列的屏要用wincc flexible 2008 sp2 中国标准版+硬件补丁包才可以打开。
smartline屏的补丁包及安装注意事项：
1、使用Smart 700 和 Smart 1000的前提条件——
1）必须且只能在WinCC flexible 2008 SP2 China安装
2）安装硬件支持包Smart Panel HSP
3）使用uninstall_HSP.reg注册表
或者你可以用虚拟机安装上述软件或使用新版本的 Smart 面板操作系统镜像。
