我再忘上下的7.0，来路我已不记得了，安装的时候不能进行，提示如图，
具体的内容如下：

WinCC V7.0 SP1 Standard
Microsoft Message Queuing is not installed. In order to be able to work with WinCC, please add this component: Settings -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components -> Message Queuing.

好像是要设置什么吧，因为我不敢妄加判断，所以请指点下，我该怎么办？
问题补充：
我安装了，可是提示我要staxmem.dll的文件，我就在王上下了一个，然后它也装不上，非要我用盘装这个！！怎么办

提示你安装windows的IISA组件，
在开始--设置--控制面板--添加和删除程序--点击“添加或删除windows组件里，安装”internet 信息服务（IIS）”后，再重新安装。
