Wincc flexible2008不能通过软件打开项目

在出此问题之前，Wincc flexible2008是可以的，但是因为功能性问题，需要将原版本更新为SP2的，结果就出问题了，而后又卸载了SP2，重新装了一遍老版本的，还是这个问题了。望指点一下，在不重装系统的情况下，能够和谐掉此问题。
问题：打开软件之后，通过项目向导--打开一个现有的项目时，在弹出的浏览窗口时，无法进入硬盘寻找项目文件，只要试图操作进入硬盘寻找项目文件，即弹出错误报告窗口。
注：可以打开近编辑过的项目
    可以新建项目
    可以由文件直接双击打开项目
    整个软件界面语言变为英文了，在软件option选项中进行语言选择，只有中华人民共和国选项，没有英文选项了，选择中华人民共和国确认后，软件语言仍旧为英文。

Wincc flexible Engineering System遇到问题，应用程序需要关闭。
